    - Due to the  varying weight of our hand made products we do not post shipping costs before or at the time of your order. We will, however, contact you with your final shipping cost and final order total to be charged to your credit card.
    - Items will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving your order.
    - We ship thru UPS. All orders are insured.
    - Handling fee included in final shipping cost.

    -  We’re proud of our work, and we’re glad that you’ve taken an interest in our craft. We offer a money-back guarantee on all of our work. If you are not completely satisfied, please call the shop at 970-586-8619 within 30 days of receiving your order, for instructions on how to return your piece for a full refund or exchange.  Buyer pays shipping.

     - We rarely have trouble with breakage in shipping, but if your item is broken when you open the package, please save all packing materials and call us right away. We’ll file the UPS claim and send you a new piece at no charge to replace the broken one.
